LaFarm is a three-acre working farm and community garden focused on diversified vegetables and flowers located at the Metzgar Field Athletic complex in Forks Township. The farm houses production fields, pollinator gardens, high tunnels, and a greenhouse. LaFarm provides healthy food to the community, fosters multidisciplinary student engagement through classroom participation, enables academic research, and offers volunteer opportunities. We believe that using only the best quality ingredients produces the best quality products. Our pickles are made in small batches with only the freshest ingredients. They are then cold packed which produces that crispy crunch we all know and love. We will always remain all natural with no preservatives.
One flavor of pickles is just not enough. That is where you will find a variety of unique flavors available. We started out with eight different flavors and are always working on adding to that list. River Valley Community Grains (June 26th)

River Valley Community Grains uses a collaborative approach to grain production with the aim of encouraging farmers to use regenerative agricultural methods and to help meet the growing demand for nutrient dense grains, local flour, “real bread,” and healthy cereals in our region. Their hope is that the farmer, miller, and baker will engage in conversation on how to create healthful, delicious flours and food, while holding a shared vision of restoring the soils, waters, and health of our communities. They bring a variety of flours, granola, crackers, and plenty of recipe ideas to market!
